Right! Hopefully you’ve recovered from this morning’s brain vomit. -_-
Here’s a post that makes sense! How did I do with my week off . . . ?
Actions Last Week
None! I went out and enjoyed myself and didn’t have to sit and work on anything. I really should do that more often because I’m chomping at the bit to get back to work now. And that’s how I want to feel more often. ^_^
Activities For This Week
- Approach photographer buddies for photoshoot that can be used for the ‘Slippers & Chains’ series cover art.
- Convert at least half of ‘Slippers & Chains: Sugar Dust’ back to UK English (ha!)
- Send x3 review requests for ‘MEO:TFS’
Thoughts…
Looking back at my round up last week I completely forgot about ‘Sugar Dust’. It’s nowhere on the list, which was quite silly of me. I can’t release ‘Second Base’ without ‘Sugar Dust’ so I need to know what I plan to do.
I’ve run out of ISBNs which means I’ll be unable to publish these stories to Smashwords or in paperback until I get some more. Since that’s £100 I need to wait a lil bit! But . . . ! Amazon is still open to me which means I can test drive some of the features in KDP Select, something I otherwise would have chosen not to do. It will be a good way to see how that system works and test drive it before forking out for more ISBNs, because if I don’t need them I’d rather spend that money on decent book covers.
I’m not rushing. As I’ve said before, this month is mostly about Ileandra’s editing on ‘Walking The Razor’s Edge’ so I don’t want to dump on that too much. But I also don’t want to let ‘Sugar Dust’ be forgotten, especially since there does seem to be a market for exactly that sort of thing (though my pennings tend to lean more towards the sitcom-esque).
