The New Year Doth Beckon Me

Mhmm, beckons me with all sorts of ideas and thoughts and promises and things I should be doing. Sorry for the momentous gaps, but something happens at this time of year that means that all my writing takes a tremendous dive!

Well, now that all the Christmas celebrations and new years drunken revelry is done, I can get back to doing what is important! 😀

I have been reading through Clash and finding areas I need to do my improving. So, once I’ve read that through, I can start writing up notes and then fine tuning. Its going to be great!

Anyway, the idea was just to give you a quick ‘hi, I’m still here,’ and to remind you that soon I will have news that actually pertains to writing. I’ve decided, this is the year. New years resolutions and empty promises aside, the past few months, I’ve been far more serious about writing than I ever have been and there are plenty of influences and positive motivational factors in my life right now to keep me going. So… this year, this year is the year I make real progress into the world of professional writers.

Watch me fly!

About Ileandra Young

I'm a thirty-*mumbles* year old (purple loving, cheese worshipping) author of fantasy, juggling a pair of beautiful twin boys with my burning desire to make up stories and write them all down. When I get the chance, I play games, listen to music, and in days long past I even ran a radio show. Though I occasionally write non-fiction, my heart lives in fantasy and my debut novel, Silk Over Razor Blades is now available through Amazon along with part two of the trilogy, Walking The Razor's Edge.
