~Finish photoshoot with Sarai to get the shots I need for cover art for ‘Sugar Dust’
No. I kinda held fire on this one until knowing exactly what I want. After this morning’s revelation, it’s clear I’m still not sure what to do about getting this cover the way I want it.
~Complete half the paperback formatting for ‘Sugar Dust’
Kinda. I mean I have all the text in the template now. I just need to decide exactly how I want it to look and put all the italics back in since they were lost in the crossover. Additionally, I’ll need to increase the quality of all my images ready for printing and test drive the text size. Oooh, so much to do! 😉

Sorted! And now we’re onto quarterly updates. I’ve given away the last of my freebies too, so now I just need to make sure I have something fun to give away in September when the next update is due. This is going to be a great weight off, let me tell you!
~Chase beta comments for ‘Second Base’
Done! I have two of the four back and while there’s no rush for it (since I’m still fiddling with Sugar Dust), but I don’t want people to forget about Second Base.

Nope. I blame the internet being on and off for the last fortnight, but I was in a coffee shop yesterday morning. I could have done it then. *slaps wrist* Try harder!

Thoughts…
So what I thought was a crappy week really wasn’t all that bad. Now all I need to do is keep pushing forward, slowly, steadily, gently to reach the goals I have by the end of the month. I think I have one full week left before needing to run along.
The internet connection is back on in the house too. It was rubbish all of last week (and big chunks of the week before, which put me behind) but it seems like I’ve just slid out of a major funk. I feel like working again, a feeling I’ve no intention of squandering.
Time to keep rolling that stone up that hill!
Writing: A Conversation Without Interruptions 
Glad you got your internet sorted. Although if it was off for a while, did you find yourself more productive with other stuff?
As for your goals. My motto is keep them simple, especially if other stuff is going on outside of the writing bubble, otherwise we get jaded and tired. Worth remembering that, and taking a break now and again.

I did get quite a bit of non-net admin done, so formatting and planning. That’s always good since for some reason I find it tricky to squeeze that stuff in. But Sugar Dust has felt the benefit of it as I know know what my cover is going to be (!!!) and both ebook and paperback forms are completely formatted. None of that needed the internet, which is handy. ^_^
